Deskripsi pekerjaan Corporate Trainer Pt Sora Kreatif Indonesia

Job Description

• Provide product knowledge training and conduct training including create and develop training needs analysis
• Planning, designing, and updating training modules or curriculum
• Act as a consultant to employees regarding training materials

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have at least 3 years experience as a trainer or teaching experience
• Mastering Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel & Word; proficient in using Power Point,
• Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
• Microsoft Office & Presentation Skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Structured thinking, able to evaluate problems
• Positive and energetic outlook
