General Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing tribes in the completion of engineering & product deliverables
Job Description:
- Developing & Researching detailed plans for new designs and products
- Hiring and supervising engineering teams
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects
- Providing clear and concise instructions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experienced as Tech lead / Engineering Manager with 5++ experience
- Proven supervisory and technical skills
- Coding skill in NodeJS, Golang & Infrastructure level (cloud, unix, console, etc)
- Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering
