Job Description: • Greets customers and helps them feel welcome.
• Demonstrate and sell Rosé All Day products to achieve sales targets.
• Sells Rosé All Day Cosmetics products when appropriate.
• Identifies customers’ needs and goals, and assists them in finding and selecting appropriate products.
• Advises customers on skin care and make up products.
• Manages stock and presentation of products.
Requirement:
- Experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, makeup techniques, and skincare routines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
